Salary: $24–$34/hour, based on experience
Status: Part-time or Full-time

About the Role
Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and passionate coach to join our competitive girls’ team program.

This position primarily focuses on the development and training of athletes in:
  • DP Optional Levels 7–10.
  • Upper-level Xcel (Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire).
Advanced Spotting Ability Required.

We are specifically seeking a coach with:
  • Strong upper-level spotting skills and confidence safely spotting advanced gymnastics skills.
  • Experience coaching optional-level athletes and advanced skill progressions.
  • Extensive technical knowledge on bars, beam, floor, and vault.
  • A strong understanding of athlete development, safety, and progression-based training.

About Us
Mini-Hops is a non-profit gymnastics organization located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our state-of-the-art 48,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 1,500 athletes across recreational, team, and academic preschool programs. Our girls’ pre-competitive, DP, and Xcel teams are 175 athletes strong, ages 5–18, and continuing to grow.
