Are you passionate about working with kids, creating unforgettable camp experiences, and being part of a dynamic gymnastics environment?
We are seeking a full-time Camp Director / Camp Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a multi-talented, energetic leader who enjoys wearing many hats and helping programs and children thrive.
This position will oversee our camp programming while also contributing to coaching and program development within the gym. We are looking for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, and excited to help create an engaging, safe, and positive environment for kids ages 4-12.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage seasonal camp programming
- Coordinate daily camp schedules, staffing, and activities
- Lead and support camp staff and volunteer interns to create a fun and safe experience for campers
- Communicate with families and ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist with coaching in recreational gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling and ninja classes as needed
- Collaborate with leadership to grow and improve camp and program offerings
- Support other areas of the gym when needed – this is a role for a true “jack/jill of all trades.”
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children in camps, gymnastics, or youth programs
- Gymnastics coaching experience preferred (recreational or team)
- Experience with boys gymnastics, T&T (Trampoline & Tumbling), or multiple disciplines is a plus
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, dependable, and excited to be part of a collaborative and diverse team
- Great with time and priority management
